Eschweilera nana is a species of Lecythidaceae with a smaller size.

This is one of the shortest species of neotropical Lecythidaceae. This species can sometimes appear to be shrub. Small Lecythidaceae generally grow in drier habitats such as the cerrado of central Brazil.
